My TF2 spray. Spray in enemy base to freak them out

EDIT: ARGH dA is being an ass! This is NOT a .cur file, rename it to .vtf!

Put it in Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(your username)\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos

And for quick view :
Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(your username)\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos\UI

Then browse for it in logos (not logos\UI!) and validate it, it'll make a vmt file. And it's in.
